There are several universities and colleges in Tamil Nadu that offer courses in the area of design and fine arts. Many of these offer both traditional classes and online classes. Courses are offered at both UG and PG level. Fine Arts education in Tamil Nadu is offered in areas of painting, visual communication, and sculpture. Eligibility and Courses Students who have passed intermediate degree (10+2) or equivalent qualification can apply for admission in various design and fine arts course. Selection is be made on the basis of a common entrance test. Students clearing entrance exam can pursue Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree course.
